    People walk too fast at MIT, and even more so in Boston.  
    The other day I almost got run over by a curly-haired pedestrian,
    as I was walking to lab.  

    What can we do about this rising problem?  

    There should be speed bumps along the corridors.  Having bumps 
    every few paces would prevent people from speeding.  Maybe it's
    too much for MIT to do right now, but surely the city of Boston
    could implement this.
