    I've never seen such little cheese in cheese quesadillas
    as there is in the ones they sell at Walker Dining at MIT.  I imagine
    that there's a cheese-loving chef there who has to compensate for
    his cheese addiction somehow.

    I hope that's the reason, and that it's not a matter of saving
    money on cheese.  Cheese just isn't a place to cut corners.  

    The quesadillas are practically empty.  They should at least
    be honest and officially call them 'empty quesadillas'.
