    I don't claim to be a web designer or anything.  I'm just a girl putting
    up what I think is an odd little homepage, which really isn't that much 
    different from other odd little homepages.  

    Please don't critique my webpage for its style, or even for its content
    which may be even worse if you look at it with a critical eye.  

    After all, I already know yours is better.
